All logos displayed on this website are original works created by Frinley Paul, LogoTug.com and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Ownership of approved final logo designs transfers to the client only where expressly agreed in writing and after full payment has been received.

No logo, concept, preview, or design material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, recreated, or used in any form without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Frinley Paul and LogoTug.com reserve the right to display completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Agreement & Logo Ownership Notice

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all logo concepts, drafts, previews, revisions, and design materials created by Frinley Paul, LogoTug.com remain the intellectual property of Frinley Paul until ownership rights are formally transferred.

Upon full payment and written transfer of rights, ownership of the approved final logo design passes to the client in accordance with the agreed terms.

Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, redistribution, modification, or use of any concepts or design materials before ownership transfer is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings and claims for damages.

Protected Intellectual Property

All logo concepts and design work created by Frinley Paul, LogoTug.com are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Ownership of final approved logos transfers only where expressly stated in writing and after full payment has been completed.

Copying, recreating, tracing, reproducing, modifying, redistributing, or commercially using any logo concepts, drafts, previews, or protected materials without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal disputes, enforcement actions, and claims for compensation.
